OUR MISSION: CHAMPIONING A WORLD OF JUSTICE AND DIGNITY
The Universal Diplomatic Affairs of Human Rights (UDAHR), established on September 11, 2018, under Article 19(1)(c) of the Indian Constitution and registered under the Indian Trusts Act, 1882, and the Trade Marks Act, 1999, stands as a National and Global Advocate for Human Rights. Guided by the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR), 1948, and aligned with the Indian Constitution and International Human Rights Treaties.
- The Universal Diplomatic Affairs of Human Rights (UDAHR) is dedicated to Promoting, Protecting, and Enforcing Human Rights across India and beyond. Our mission is to create a world where Justice, Equality, and Dignity are not mere aspirations but lived realities for every individual, regardless of their background or circumstances
- The Universal Diplomatic Affairs of Human Rights (UDAHR) drives transformative change through Advocacy, Research, and Humanitarian initiatives. We confront systemic challenges such as Corruption, Cruelty, and Communal Politics, empowering marginalized communities and ensuring compliance with InternationalHuman Rights Standards. Through our 14 number of Inter-Departmental Directories, we address critical issues including Social Justice, Equality, Social Equity, Education, Health, Gender Neutrality, Environmental Sustainability, and Global Peace, fostering a culture of compassion, accountability, and inclusion.

- Monitoring and Accountability: We meticulously document Human Rights abuses, including Torture, Discrimination, and Unlawful Detentions, ensuring perpetrators are held accountable through transparent, evidence-based mechanisms.
- Legal and Humanitarian Support: We provide robust Legal Aid and Humanitarian relief to victims of Human Rights Violations, offering access to Justice, Essential Services, and opportunities to rebuild lives with dignity.
- Capacity Building: We empower Activists, Lawyers, and Communities through targeted training programs, equipping them with the knowledge and tools to champion Human Rights effectively and sustainably.
- Global Collaboration: We forge strategic partnerships with Governments, the United Nations, and International Organizations to strengthen Human Rights frameworks and drive cooperative, high-impact solutions.
- Diversity and Inclusion: We champion the elimination of all forms of discrimination, prioritizing the rights and dignity of marginalized groups, including Women, Children, Senior Citizens, Persons with Disabilities, Minorities, and Tribal Communities.
